An ICE agent shot and injured a man after officers surrounded his car in New York’s Marble Hill area on Thursday, Mayor Zohran Mamdani said. A five-year-old child inside was physically unharmed. DHS said the man was the target of an enforcement operation; he remained conscious in hospital.
