Victoria’s Supreme Court dismissed Erin Patterson’s appeal and denied her parole. She was convicted of murdering Gail and Donald Patterson and Heather Wilkinson with death cap mushrooms in a beef Wellington, and of attempting to murder survivor Ian Wilkinson.
