NASA’s Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope tested its fine-guidance system from September 15 to 21, achieving stability comparable to aiming a laser at a dime from 150 miles away. On September 22, its coronagraph received cosmic light and imaged stars in the Large Magellanic Cloud.
