Kate Douglass won the 200 individual medley in 2:01.66 on Friday in Westmont, lowering her own US Open record of 2:02.76 set two weeks earlier at the UVA Pro Elite SCM Worlds Prep Meet. The swim ranks second all-time, 0.03 seconds behind her world record of 2:01.63 from the 2024 World Championships.
