SpaceX is launching 26 new Starlink V3 satellites aboard Starship on its first orbit attempt. Meanwhile, Amazon's competing Leo constellation has stalled at 396 launched satellites following its last launch on July 2nd, falling far behind Starlink's operational fleet of over 11,000.
