On Monday a self-proclaimed Kenyan preacher and associates were found guilty of murdering 190 children and one adult in a starvation cult at a base inland from the Kenyan resort town of Malindi. Hundreds of bodies have been found there since 2023 in what became known as the Shakahola Forest Massacre
