An Innsbruck court sentenced Rene Benko, 49, to two more years in prison for defrauding industrialist Hans Peter Haselsteiner’s private foundation of €5 million shortly before Signa Holding became insolvent. Benko was acquitted of concealing an €80,000 luxury rifle and may appeal.
