E3G found the UK’s £15bn warm homes plan could cut annual household energy bills by £1bn, add £1.6bn a year to the economy and create about 50,000 jobs. The Rosebank oilfield would support about 1,100 jobs, while decisions on Rosebank and the Jackdaw gasfield remain pending.
