Seven sailors from the San Marino-flagged Wine Trader are missing after drones set it and the Yara J ablaze near Romania’s Black Sea coast. A NATO military source said the drones were Russian. Romania and Bulgaria agreed with NATO to strengthen Black Sea defences.
