Ynon Kreiz will step down after eight years as Mattel CEO to become co-CEO of the company formed by Paramount’s merger with Warner Bros. Discovery, expected to close on Oct. 6. David Ellison will serve as chairman and CEO, overseeing strategy, creative and technology.
