Senators Chris Coons, Elizabeth Warren, Ron Wyden and Ruben Gallego introduced a bill on September 23 to sanction people and entities facilitating Israel’s E1 settlement project. The measure has at least 10 Democratic cosponsors as reports suggest the project may have been paused.
