Volkswagen and Audi to recall nearly 1 million cars in Germany over steering fault

Volkswagen and Audi will recall nearly 900,000 vehicles in Germany and 2.16 million worldwide after Germany's KBA flagged steering bolts that may fail, damaging the gearbox or causing total steering loss. Affected VW models include Tiguan, Touran, Golf Variant, Caddy and Golf built from 24 September
