Scientists have identified a new species of living cat for the first time in over 100 years. Found in Bolivia's Yungas forest, it is smaller than a house cat, weighing about 3 pounds and measuring 18 inches long. Known locally as the Tilcayo, it belongs to the tiger cat group.
