Dubai-based Utexo will launch USDT on Bitcoin through the off-chain RGB protocol on Nov. 28, with Lightning Network support planned for Q1 2027. The project follows Tether’s $7.5 million seed investment and seeks to compete with $300 billion in stablecoins on networks including Ethereum and Tron.
