A Chinese court sentenced Wei Huairen, Chen Dawei and Liao Jingfang to death for running Myanmar scam centres linked to fraud, trafficking and at least two murders. Three others received life terms and 55 got between three years and three months and 24 years; the gang made over $1.8bn.
