Binance recorded $5.8 billion in net outflows over 24 hours following a record $6.3 billion hack. The exchange resumed withdrawals across 15 networks, which initially surged before stabilizing. Binance noted that these outflows represent a small fraction of its roughly $171 billion in customer asset
