Pakistan has suspended the provincial government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, led by Imran Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party, following the declaration of a state of emergency. The suspension coincides with preparations by the party to march on Islamabad to demand the release of Imran Khan.
