A New York Times/Siena poll of about 3,494 likely voters put Donald Trump’s approval at a record-low 36%, with 59% disapproving and 52% backing Democratic candidates. Disapproval reached 73% on gas prices, 69% on living costs, 64% on the economy and 65% on the Iran war.
