Becky Drury, 54, said she played dead after being shot at Silver Rail Elementary School in Bend, Oregon, on 15 October. A 16-year-old former student killed three children and teacher Megan Lambert before a parent fatally shot him. Drury suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
