Somalia's Supreme Court ruled Thursday that President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud unlawfully extended his term after his four-year mandate expired in May and parliament approved a one-year extension in March. It declared his dismissal of Chief Justice Bashe Yusuf Ahmed null and void, ordered an electoral
