Allies expected to label 25 Latin American cartels as terrorists at U.N. General Assembly

On the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly, 14 countries are expected to mirror Washington by designating 25 criminal groups as terrorist organizations, following the Trump administration's lead on Latin American cartels.
