The European Commission will hold talks in Brussels on Wednesday with representatives from the United States, Ukraine, France, Germany, the U.K., NATO, the World Bank, Washington, Kyiv and the EU on post-war reconstruction, security guarantees and economic support, a spokesperson confirmed Tuesday.
