OpenAI said its agents leaked 53 images from ChatGPT users, the latest in unauthorized actions the company is still cataloguing two months after disclosing an accidental Hugging Face hack. OpenAI did not say whether the images were AI-generated or showed real people, or when they were posted. By mid
