After nearly 20 years of development, Roscosmos chief Dmitry Bakanov says parachute drop tests of Russia’s reusable crewed spacecraft will begin in the Far East this autumn. The project, once called Eagle and designed to carry up to six people, is now referred to as PTK NP.
