Guardian analysis reveals that over 176,000 tonnes of fuel, mostly diesel, were shipped from South Korea to Russian ports in July and August across 14 voyages. Four of the seven tankers were under UK or EU sanctions, with one utilizing a ship-to-ship transfer in South Korean waters.
