Romanian President Nicusor Dan blamed Russia for a drone strike that sank the merchant ship Khoryv near Romanian waters on Friday. Of 13 Ukrainian and Azeri crew members, one was killed, three remained missing and nine were rescued. It was reportedly the fourth merchant vessel attacked off Romania t
