Paramount Skydance completed its $111 billion merger with Warner Bros. Discovery on October 6 after Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan rejected a final attempt to block it. The new company, Skydance, combines two major film studios, Paramount+, HBO Max, CBS, CNN, CBS Sports and TNT Sports.
