Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery have merged into Skydance Corp., led by chairman and CEO David Ellison. The $111 billion company combines major studios, television networks and Paramount+ and HBO Max, with nearly $70 billion in annual revenue and $80 billion in net debt.
