Saudi Aramco is acquiring a 49 percent stake in AI firm Humain in a deal contributing about $2.6 billion in 2026, alongside its AI technology. Founded in May 2025 by the sovereign wealth fund PIF, Humain builds data centers, cloud services, and trains models like ALLaM, aiming for three gigawatts of
