Benjamin Netanyahu’s office ordered Israeli forces to cordon off Hebron and prepare to close the occupied West Bank from Friday. Soldiers killed two men who the military said carried an M16 rifle and handgun and had attacked Israeli civilians near Hebron; at least five people were injured, some crit
