EU leaders will meet in Brussels for two days to address a trade deficit with China that reached €360 billion last year, negotiate the bloc’s 2028–2034 budget and discuss further support for Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is due to attend Friday’s talks.
