Macron Calls on the U.N. to Fight Against the ‘Law of the Jungle’

In his farewell address to the UN General Assembly, the French president urged the United Nations to resist what he called the “law of the jungle.” He criticized Russia and Israel directly, and offered more veiled criticism of the United States.
