Israel’s Supreme Court unanimously reinstated the Arab-majority Ra’am and Joint List for the October 27 Knesset election, ruling that their exclusion lacked legal grounds. It also voted 7-2 to reinstate Hadash lawmaker Ofer Cassif, while Balad leader Sami Abu Shehadeh withdrew after pressure.
