The European Court of Human Rights heard on Tuesday a case over 10 Ukrainian children aged one to five forcibly transferred from Crimea after Russia’s 2014 annexation, placed for adoption and given Russian nationality after removal from childcare institutions. The Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Uni
