Tron filed to sell up to $200 million in shares through Clear Street to fund further TRX purchases. It holds 718.9 million TRX worth about $237 million and plans to buy roughly $50,000 daily for 360 days. Its shares opened 4.7% lower Thursday after falling about 67% in 12 months.
