Deepgram is acquiring Daily, developer of the open-source Pipecat framework for low-latency voice and video AI pipelines. The price was not disclosed, and Pipecat will remain open source. Daily has raised over $62 million, while Deepgram became a unicorn after a $130 million Series C.
