Tanzanian filmmaker Neema Ngelime’s directorial debut, “The Ones With the Tempered Flowers,” won five awards at the Durban FilmMart. Fitnat Waked’s Palestinian project “On the Sea Road” and Sudanese director Ibrahim “Snoopy” Ahmad’s “Where Do I Belong?” were also major winners.
