Paramount Skydance is set to close its Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition on Tuesday after rejected offers, a bidding war, regulatory reviews and an antitrust settlement. The combined company will be renamed Skydance, trade as SKYD and control nearly a third of basic cable programming.
