The FDA granted accelerated approval to Jemperli (dostarlimab) on Oct. 19, 2026, for certain patients with locally advanced rectal cancer. MSK trials led by Luis Diaz Jr. and Andrea Cercek found the immunotherapy could eliminate tumors without chemotherapy, radiation or surgery.
