The Greenville County Coroner's Office told Variety on Tuesday that actress Hayden Panettiere, 36, died on Aug. 16 in Greenville, South Carolina from toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine; the manner of death was ruled an accident.
